Our Client offers a part-time opportunity with flexibility to arrange working hours to suit your needs.

You will be confident in a Sales environment and comfortable making calls to previous clients and new warm leads from Insurance inquiries.

You don't need Insurance experience, as your communication skills are the most important factor.

Once you've established contact and details of their requirements, you can pass them over to the Account Handlers to service their needs.

Key Responsibilities of the Telemarketing Executive role include:

  • Proactive use of internal Client database to call previous customers and customers with outstanding issues
  • Coordinating marketing plans and ideas to contact existing customers
  • Confidence on the telephone and able to convey a professional and confident image of the business, demonstrating a positive outlook at all times
  • Understanding our Client's brand proposition and be able to articulate that to establish the relationship with your customers, while looking to understand their Insurance requirements

To be successful in the Telemarketing Executive role, you will demonstrate:

  • Ability to build rapport in a professional manner with Clients
  • Confident and enthusiastic and able to cope with objections
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales experience in a professional environment
  • Effective working as a self-starter and cooperatively with team members
