We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our London-based team at TClarke plc. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of HR processes across four office locations and approximately 600 directly employed employees.

**Job Summary:**

  • Average salary for this role in London is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent and previous experience in a HR Manager role or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of UK Labour Law and HR best practices is essential, as well as experience in HR systems, databases, and metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the full cycle of the onboarding process, including offer letters, application forms, right to work checks, and contracts of employment.
  • Conduct disciplinary, grievance, and capability hearings.
  • Conduct performance management meetings.
  • Manage the full cycle of the termination process.
  • Liaise with the IT Department on job titles and IT equipment.
  • Assist directors where necessary with the recruitment process.
  • Maintain the efficiency of the HR Portal – TOMMY.
  • Update and maintain company policies and handbook.
  • Monitor promotion paperwork.
  • Act as appointed person for Head Office.
  • Manage the recruitment of apprentices annually whilst coordinating their training records, appraisals, and progress.
  • Conduct probation reviews with line managers.
  • Maintain London HR personnel files.
  • Organise employee engagement initiatives.
  • Post job vacancies across all regions.
  • Assist regional HR managers where necessary in employee disputes.
