Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Diary Management: Maintain and update calendars, ensuring timely reminders and notifications.
  • Email Management: Handle and respond to emails, filing and flagging important messages.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials and ensure a smooth flow of information for key meetings.
  • Task Allocation: Assign tasks and ensure timely completion, communicating with team members as needed.
  • Minute Taking: Record and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Build rapport with clients and colleagues, ensuring effective communication.
  • Strong Numerical Ability: Analyze financial data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficient in Office 365 and other relevant software.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional client service and a high-performance culture.
