The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering and handling phone calls in a professional manner
- Setting up and amending direct debits for customers
- Amending policies and procedures as required
- Dealing with returned post, refunds, and general post and correspondence
- Responding to customer emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Investigating customer queries and resolving issues
- Preparing and scanning batches of documents
- Data Entry - ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicating with customers via email and letter
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
- Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as required
About You
- A minimum of 6 months Administration experience is essential for this role
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
- Proactive and organised with a keen eye for detail
