We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Office Admin Support professional to assist with document control, Health & Safety (H&S) support, procurement and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Control: Manage, organise, and maintain project-related documents, ensuring all records are properly filed, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Health & Safety Support (H&S): Assist in preparing, updating, and filing key H&S documents, such as risk assessments, method statements, and safety audits.
  • General Office Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction or commercial project sectors.
