Nouvo Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering queries, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
  • Assist with data entry, scanning, and filing
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including setting up and amending direct debits, amending policies, and dealing with returned post and refunds
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 months of administration experience and be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages. You will also need to be proactive, organized, and have a keen eye for detail.
