About the Role
Nouvo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client's expanding Administration team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, handling phone calls, setting up and amending direct debits, and dealing with various reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and handling phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Setting up and amending direct debits for customers
- Amending policies and procedures as required
- Dealing with returned post, refunds, and general post and correspondence
- Responding to customer emails and resolving queries
- Looking into more in-depth customer queries and calling customers with results
- Preparing and scanning batches of documents
- Data Entry - ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date
- Sending emails and letters to customers with decisions made
- Assisting other departments as required
- Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as needed
About You
- A minimum of 6 months Administration experience is essential for this role
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
- Proactive and organized with a keen eye for detail
