Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales and Inventory Manager to lead our team in achieving regional performance objectives. This role will require strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and experience in Branch Merchandising/Retail Trading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver category and territory specific retail sales, profit, and availability KPIs.
  • Responsible for trading stock once it hits a DC, in line with product life cycle.
  • Launch promotional events in store, maximising opportunities and ensuring timely allocation to meet launch dates.

This role requires a strong understanding of retail operations/supply chain process and experience in managing a team to achieve sales and inventory targets.

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
