Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As an Assistant Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering regional performance objectives in line with the seasonal and global growth strategy.

This role involves allocating and replenishing stock across regions, managing retail stock levels, and performing trade-offs to maximize profitability. You will work closely with the Global Trading Manager to ensure that regional budgets are met and that trading decisions align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver category and territory-specific retail sales, profit, and availability KPIs
  • Trade stock once it hits a DC, in line with product life cycle
  • Communicate risks and opportunities to leadership team

The ideal candidate will have experience in Branch Merchandising/Retail Trading and knowledge of retail operations/supply chain processes. Commercial acumen, energy, and passion are essential for this role.
