The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Management & Website Merchandising:
  • Upload new products to the website in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, imagery, and SEO-optimised content.
  • Regularly update product information to maintain consistency and accuracy across the website.
  • Visual merchandising: Arrange and merchandise products on the website to create a visually appealing and optimised shopping experience, aligned with current trends and promotional strategies.
  • Quality assurance: Conduct routine checks to ensure website content and functionality align with brand standards, providing a seamless customer journey.
Customer Service Support:
  • Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Log and report recurring customer service issues and insights to inform ongoing improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with the marketing team to support website promotions, seasonal launches, and product campaigns.
  • Assist in monitoring website performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to inform merchandising and content strategies.
Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years' experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field, preferably within the fashion or retail sector.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring high standards in product information accuracy and visual presentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle ad-hoc customer service needs.
