Based in Buckinghamshire, you will play a crucial role in driving in-store excellence and ensuring that Beiersdorf's brands are prominently displayed and effectively marketed.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain off-shelf displays to increase product visibility and enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  • Ensure that all merchandising aligns with Beiersdorf's standards and 'The Perfect Store' principles.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: You will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. This includes analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Your Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail merchandising or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with store personnel and key stakeholders.
