Our company values creativity, strong performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary:** As an Ecommerce Trader at Lyle & Scott, you will play a key role in driving trade growth across our global e-commerce site. With your extensive experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle, you will utilise your expertise in product performance, merchandising, and online trading strategies to achieve this goal. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement online trading strategies to drive sales and margin growth. * Collaborate with our merchandising team to create seasonal product files and ensure timely product launches. * Analyse sales and margin data to identify opportunities for optimisation and implement actionable recommendations. * Execute e-commerce trading calendars aligned with our brand, customer experience, and merchandising teams. * Manage onsite trading, taking responsibility for sales and margin, and shared responsibility of AOV, UPT, and onsite conversion. * Develop annual, monthly, and weekly targets with the team and wider stakeholders. **Requirements:** * At least 4 years of experience in a similar e-commerce, trading, or merchandising role. * Strong expertise in product performance, sell-through, and merchandising practices. * Experience working with Shopify+ and knowledge of seasonal calendars and product launches. * Strong Excel skills and ability to manage stakeholders and agency partners. * Adaptability considering changing commercial forces. **Benefits:** * Holiday purchase scheme. * Enhanced parental leave. * Cash plan - help towards everyday healthcare expenses. * Flexible working hours. * 1 week extra off work if you get married. * Employer pension contributions. * Generous staff discount. * Training and learning development. * Season Ticket Loan. * Holiday loyalty scheme. * Cycle2Work Scheme. * Dog-friendly office.
