Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandising Lead to join our ecommerce team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in ecommerce trading, ideally within a fast-paced retail or consumer-focused organisation.

About the Role

The Digital Merchandising Lead will be responsible for leading our digital merchandising efforts, including product assortment planning, pricing, and promotions. They will also oversee the development of our ecommerce platform and ensure that it meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Merchandising: Lead digital merchandising efforts, including product assortment planning, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ecommerce Platform: Oversee the development of our ecommerce platform and ensure that it meets the needs of our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of digital merchandising specialists.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Essential: Significant experience in ecommerce trading, advanced Excel knowledge, and advanced user of web analytic tools.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and analytics tools.
Location and Compensation

This role is based in London, United Kingdom, and offers a competitive salary of £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
