Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team at The Distillery. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menu concepts, recipes, and cooking techniques to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience
