Job Description

Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at JT Recruit. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients, while ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served efficiently and effectively.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a high level of food safety and quality control in the kitchen, ensuring that all food is handled, stored, and served in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Catering Logistics: Manage the ordering and receipt of food and supplies, as well as the maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that all meals are served with a high level of quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a similar role.
  • Qualifications: Food safety certification and a valid DBS check.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
