Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Leicester. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation

  • Availability to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
