Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at the Old Vicarage in Leicester. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and creativity
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our culinary offerings
