Customer Value Enhancement Specialist

Arne Clo Ltd is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in the UK, with a presence both online and offline. The company designs and develops its products domestically, manufactures them in Asia, and then ships them directly to customers through ARNEclo.com or Selfridges.
The company has ambitious objectives for the next decade, aiming to achieve targets through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear, as well as the creation of paid media, CRM activity, and further international growth. This will amplify the great product / brand assets already created.
About the RoleAs Customer Value Enhancement Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value on a global scale. You'll work closely with the Head of CRM to ensure each touchpoint brings value to the ARNE customer.
We're looking for someone creative with a keen eye for detail, passionate about the fashion industry, and eager to join us on our exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities- Owning the ARNE CRM strategy across ARNE UK and International, ensuring each touchpoint is designed to bring value to the ARNE customer.
- Collaborating with the Data Insight team to understand the ARNE customer; understanding cohort movements, purchasing habits, channel engagement, and subsequent actions to improve Customer Lifetime Value.
- Overseeing CRM performance reporting; relaying performance back to the wider business and utilising insight to scale what's working.
- Developing cross-channel journeys using existing Email, Push, SMS, and Direct Mail channels.
- Liaising with the internal Design team to ensure templates and creative are optimised to increase CRM engagement.
- Developing a robust AB testing plan to continue optimising each touchpoint.
Essential Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a CRM role, with a specific focus on loyalty / improving customer value.
- Data-driven, with experience using platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo & Triple Whale.
- Strong stakeholder management, including regularly presenting back on performance and 'what's next?' when it comes to ARNE loyalty.
- Highly organised and process-driven, making sure decisions are insight-led.
- Experience working on an International level is advantageous.
- Strong project coordination with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to report on performance, identifying trends and actioning accordingly.
- Experienced in customer segmentation and able to show value.
