As a high-calibre leader, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of technical substantiation and underpinning against nuclear regulation for our internal and commercial activities.
Main Responsibilities- Understand and comply with all relevant standards and expectations in relation to EHSSQ and Nuclear Professionalism.
- Deliver projects, programmes, and technical work while aligning resources to meet short- and medium-term strategic and project requirements.
- Lead staff development, technical training, progression, recruitment, and performance management.
- Excel in delivering customer value and building a customer-centric culture.
- Control quality, cost, and time of delivery execution while developing the function in line with business requirements.
- Significant nuclear knowledge and experience to understand most aspects of safety, security, safeguards, and human factors.
- Experience in managing several technical capabilities, people, facilities, and equipment across nuclear and non-nuclear sites.
- Operational experience in highly regulated environments, managing technical and facility programmes to a high EHSS&Q standard.
- Ability to obtain SC level security clearance.
