About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Maternity Services Manager to join our team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in midwifery and excellent leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our maternity services, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement business plans to improve service performance and meet organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in midwifery, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.

Requirements
  • Registered midwife with current NMC registration.
  • First-level degree in a related healthcare discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
