Maternal Health Service Improvement Manager

We are seeking a Maternal Health Service Improvement Manager to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. This exciting opportunity will involve leading the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical practices to improve maternal health outcomes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have significant experience in all aspects of Neonatal Care at a Band 6 level, as well as sound knowledge of current neonatal nursing issues and policy from the wider arena of the nursing profession and the NHS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical practices
- Coaching and mentoring staff to improve service delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve maternal health outcomes
The estimated salary for this role is £43,141 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience.
