We are looking for a talented professional to fill the position of Clinical and Operational Lead at Whittington Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading the development of clinical practice and standards of care within our service.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the introduction and implementation of Trust policies, monitor adherence to policies, and ensure the health and safety of teams. You will also manage the allocated budget for the Bladder & Bowel team, authorizing time sheets, staff travel, and training expenses claims.

In addition, you will work closely with clinicians and staff to implement the Trust Clinical Strategic Direction, continuously improving the quality and timeliness of services to enhance the patient's experience, reduce waiting times, and minimize inefficiencies.

We require an NMC Registered individual with relevant post-registration qualifications in urology or continence care, experience of managing teams, and working in a senior post in continence services as a Band 7. Strong advanced clinical assessment skills, experience of liaising with NHS Supply Chain, and working to reduce pads expenditure are essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £61,927 - £68,676 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
