Job Title: Clinical Leadership Specialist

About Us: Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is a leading healthcare provider in the region, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team.

Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership to our mental health teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. Key responsibilities include:

* Leadership: Providing guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
* Quality Improvement: Participating in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing evidence-based solutions to enhance patient care.
* Tuition and Training: Supervising medical students and junior doctors, providing teaching and training opportunities to ensure they meet Royal College of Psychiatrists standards.
* Service Development: Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement service improvements, contributing to the growth and development of our mental health services.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

* A primary medical degree and full GMC registration.
* Inclusion on the Specialist Register or CCT expected within 6 months of interview date.
* Section 12 MHA approval and AC approval.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
