We are seeking a skilled Clinical Leadership Manager to join our team and contribute to the performance, activity, financial, and operational management of the Emergency Department.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for staff management and leadership, financial management, resource allocation, quality and safety initiatives, and day-to-day operations of the allocated clinical areas. Reporting to the Deputy Divisional Manager, you will play a crucial role in meeting local and divisional objectives while supporting the delivery of strategic corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Staff Management and Leadership: Lead and manage staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  2. Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and expenditure management to ensure efficient use of resources.
  3. Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources to meet departmental needs and priorities.
  4. Quality and Safety: Implement quality and safety initiatives to improve patient care and reduce errors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in staff management, financial management, and quality improvement initiatives. A strong background in healthcare management, preferably in an emergency department setting, is essential.
