Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leadership Specialist - Data Strategy to lead our clinical data management team in providing strategic direction and overseeing data activities across multiple trials.



Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical data management team to ensure the successful delivery of data management activities
  • Data Management Activities: Oversee all aspects of data management, including database development, data quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Database Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of clinical databases to ensure they meet the needs of our trials
  • Timelines and Quality Standards: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
  • Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in clinical data management


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in clinical data management, with a strong understanding of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Skills: Proficiency in database design and a strong analytical skillset


Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
