About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned clinician to lead the development and implementation of clinical strategies that drive organisational excellence and improve patient outcomes. As a Head of Clinical Leadership, you will work closely with the executive team to shape the trust's clinical vision and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical strategies that align with the trust's overall objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organisational change and improvement initiatives
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care and safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, public health)
  • Significant experience in senior clinical leadership roles, preferably in an NHS organisation
  • Proven track record of delivering clinical quality improvements and leading cultural transformation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
