Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Kensington Wing, private maternity unit at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital as a Quality, Safety & Improvement (QSI) Midwife. The post-holder will work alongside the NHS quality & safety team in the implementation of a robust governance framework across the service, ensuring high-quality internal reporting and communication across the Trust and to external partners.

The successful candidate will have 5 years post-registration midwifery experience, evidence of multidisciplinary working, teaching and/or training, up-to-date and evidence-based knowledge of current clinical and professional issues, good level of skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, report writing, and investigation skills.
