Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Lead to join our Adult Care and Support leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving up quality assurance and improvement in Adult Social Care, working across operational services and commissioning colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage a Quality Assurance framework and improvement plan across services
  2. Deliver a high level of CQC preparedness

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and experience of working in a similar role. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and training opportunities.
