Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have substantial experience of leading teams in a patient experience or customer service setting, with a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- To oversee services and projects that contribute to improvements in patients' and carers' experiences.
- To clearly articulate plans and deliver objectives of the patient experience function at King's College Hospital, monitoring and reporting on progress of implementation for areas of responsibility.
