We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our operations team at White & Clayton Recruitment. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to improve manufacturing productivity and quality
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve process inefficiencies
- Maintain and update documentation and processes
