About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our operations team at White & Clayton Recruitment. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to improve manufacturing productivity and quality
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve process inefficiencies
  • Maintain and update documentation and processes

Requirements:

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
