About the Company:

Rise Technical Recruitment is a leading company in the field of food production, and we are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Quality Department, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects and motivating a workforce.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry quality best practices and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement projects and motivate a workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving continuous improvement projects, including budgeting, cost efficiency, labor optimization, process streamlining, and procedure improvement
  • Leading the Quality function in a busy food production environment
  • Championing industry and company quality best practices

Requirements:

  • Previous Quality Management experience within a food or fresh produce production/manufacturing environment
  • Degree-level qualification in science or food technology (or equivalent experience)
  • Level 3-4 HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP qualifications
  • BRC, LEAF, and Red Tractor audit experience desirable
