Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our world-class operational excellence programme in Lincolnshire, UK. The role involves driving productivity, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a food or FMCG manufacturing facility and a good understanding, experience, and certifications in CI tools, techniques, and training. As a CI champion, you'll analyse production, monitor waste, and gather performance data to inform process improvements and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor waste and implement strategies to reduce it
- Gather performance data to inform process improvements
- Influence stakeholders at all levels to drive change
