Role Overview

The Improvement Facilitator will be a member of the Trust Improvement team, working closely with Improvement Leads to coordinate and deliver continuous improvement programs and projects across the Trust.

This role is integral to achieving corporate and strategic objectives, requiring excellent communication, project management, and planning skills to influence colleagues across various services.

The post-holder will also support creating a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in delivering improvement education courses and sessions.
