**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Master's Degree from an accredited institution, approved by the Bermuda Nursing Council.
  • 7-10 years of experience in progressive management roles in Maternal Child Services settings.
  • A strong track record in clinical management and senior leadership potential.
  • Experience in financial and risk management, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction.
  • Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council.
