Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maternity Services Coordinator. This role will involve providing administrative support to the Maternity Team, managing patient records, and coordinating departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient records using hospital information systems
  • Coordinate departmental activities and ensure smooth operations
  • Liaise with GPs, Doctors, wards, and other departments to address queries and concerns

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 / A-Levels or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Filing techniques
  • Previous experience in an NHS setting

Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum
