Barnardo's is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Family Strengthening Project Coordinator, providing support and guidance to families in two identified boroughs in London.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who can deliver the GEN PMTO programme with integrity, ensuring that the programme material is maintained and adhered to. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to gather feedback, outcomes, and impact data, which will be crucial in determining the effectiveness of the programme.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and stakeholders. A relevant professional qualification such as Social Work, Youth Work, Probation, Health, Education or degree level with relevant experience is essential for this position.

The salary band for this role is £28,283 - £32,323 per annum, dependent on experience. This is a fixed-term contract until 25th November due to maternity cover, with the project expected to run from July 2023 to March 2026.
