Production Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Stafford. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in improving manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
- Analyze throughput and work with the team to optimize manufacturing procedures.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Act as an interface between design and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production.
- Investigate mechanical and electrical component issues and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
- Proven track record of improving manufacturing processes and increasing efficiency.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
