Procurement Strategy Leader

Êtes-vous un penseur stratégique capable de conduire un changement positif ? Vous aurez l'opportunité d'utiliser votre expérience en approvisionnement qui a englobé la gestion de catégories, les dépenses en Capex et l'approvisionnement indirect pour prendre l'initiative d'identifier des opportunités, de proposer des solutions et de conduire un changement positif.

Vous serez responsable de :
Gérer l'approvisionnement des dépenses externes indirectes qui vous sont assignées pour la région. Diriger et être responsable de l'approvisionnement des fournisseurs, du développement des fournisseurs et de la construction de relations mutuellement bénéfiques avec les fournisseurs. Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs pour obtenir une valeur maximale selon les initiatives et les plans de croissance d'Hexcel. Déterminer les meilleures options et faire des recommandations en évaluant le coût total et la qualité des matériaux et services indirects à travers une gamme diversifiée de catégories. Approvisionnement de matériaux et services indirects critiques pour répondre aux prévisions, aux exigences de production/maintenance et aux calendriers de projets d'investissement agressifs. Jouer un rôle essentiel dans l'innovation, le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de catégorie d'approvisionnement de pointe, identifier et tirer parti des opportunités de dépenses à l'échelle de l'entreprise lorsque cela est applicable. Diriger des négociations complexes et représenter l'approvisionnement dans des négociations spécifiques au niveau du site. Cela peut impliquer plusieurs sites avec des dépenses très élevées à travers plusieurs catégories. Améliorer continuellement les coûts et les conditions d'achat. Diriger le développement et le déploiement de processus d'approvisionnement standard.Qualifications :
Diplôme universitaire en sciences, ingénierie, économie ou commerce de préférence. Expérience en achats, finance, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou approvisionnement. Qualités de leadership, dynamique et autonome. Capacité à gérer des priorités concurrentes dans une organisation hautement matricielle. Expérience des systèmes ERP dans le domaine de la finance et/ou de l'approvisionnement/chaîne d'approvisionnement (plateformes Microsoft, SAP, etc.)Les candidats doivent être éligibles à travailler dans le pays où le poste est basé.
