You will be responsible for:

To manage the sourcing of indirect external spend as assigned for the EAP region.

To lead and be responsible for Sourcing suppliers, developing suppliers and building mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers. To manage supplier relationships to obtain maximum value according to Hexcel growth initiatives and plans.

Determine best options and make recommendations by evaluating total cost and quality of indirect materials and services across a diverse range of categories.

Procurement of critical indirect materials and services to meet forecasts, production/maintenance requirements, and aggressive capital project schedules.

To act as an instrumental part in innovating, developing, and implementing leading procurement category strategies, identify and leverage company-wide spend opportunities where applicable.

To lead complex negotiations and represent Sourcing in specific site level negotiations. May involve multiple sites with very high spend across multiple categories.

To continuously improve costs and terms of purchase. To lead in the development and deployment of standard sourcing processes.

Qualifications:

University Degree in science, engineering, economics, or business preferred.

Experience in purchasing, finance, supply chain or sourcing.

Leadership qualities, dynamic and self-motivated.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a highly matrix organization.

ERP system experience in the finance and/or procurement/supply chain area (Microsoft platforms, SAP, etc)

Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based .
