Social Support Coordinator

The successful candidate will possess a good understanding of the current health and social care landscape, self-directed support, and the value of outcomes-focused supports. You will be registered or in the process of registering with the Scottish Social Services Council and hold a DipSW, CQSW, Honors Degree in Social Work, or Post Graduate in Social Work.
Your salary will be £42,392 - £45,860 per year, and you will enjoy a hybrid working arrangement between our office base and home working. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities and a positive work-life balance with flexible working arrangements available.
