We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Adult Community Support Specialist to join our team at Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality services, working collaboratively with health professionals, community resources, and third sector agencies.

As an Adult Community Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing tailored support and advocacy services to vulnerable individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans in partnership with service users
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and partner organizations
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of services

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Social Work or equivalent
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
  • PVG membership for working with adults

Salary Range: £44,000 - £47,000 per year
