We are looking for a dedicated Adult Social Worker to join our team in Dunoon. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a Hybrid manner between our Office base and home working, promoting social welfare and providing effective care and support to meet the needs of vulnerable individuals across the Cowal Peninsula.

You will be responsible for undertaking assessments and care management services incorporating statutory duties, participating in partnership working, and providing out-of-hours support on a rota basis. A good understanding of the following is required: Current health and social care landscape, Outcomes-focused supports for people to enable them to live in their communities, Effective relationships with other professionals and agencies.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a DipSW or CQSW or Honours Degree in Social Work or Post Graduate in Social Work and be registered or in the process of registering with the Scottish Social Services Council. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £49,000 per annum.
