We are seeking a talented Social Services Professional to join our Adult Community Care Team in Dunoon.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, undertaking community and permanent care reviews, and ensuring that assessed need is identified and people's supports are aligned appropriately with our Priority of Need Framework.

A strong understanding of the current health and social care landscape, as well as effective relationships with other professionals and agencies, are essential for this role. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £50,000 per annum.
