Charity Support Worker

ENABLE Scotland is an award-winning charity providing support to individuals with varying needs in Dunoon, Scotland.
We are seeking a Support Worker responsible for developing social connections and networks for each person we support.
This role requires 35 hours of work per week and offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
The estimated salary for this position is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining social connections and networks for individuals we support
- Providing personal care and mobility support as needed
- Assisting with behavioral support and promoting independence
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology) or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and empathetic approach when working with individuals with varying needs
