About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a casual care worker. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care services and contribute to the wellbeing of our community in Argyll and Bute.
The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and will need to be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). Our organisation values work-life balance and is committed to supporting employees in achieving this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care services to clients on a casual basis
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for clients
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the needs of clients
