Care Support Worker

Care Assistants play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality care at Ardenlee Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and promoting their overall health and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a care environment, preferably with older adults. You will possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic and patient, and have a passion for delivering exceptional care.
This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £12.10 per hour, paid over 52 weeks of the year. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive time-and-a-half pay for overtime hours worked.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily tasks, such as getting dressed and staying active.
- Support residents with their individual care plans, providing hands-on help and thoughtful attention to their needs.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and respectful living environment.
