We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at Ardenlee Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in care, preferably with older adults, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be compassionate, patient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £12.10 per hour, paid over 52 weeks of the year. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive time-and-a-half pay for overtime hours worked.

Key Responsibilities:
- Empower residents to maintain their independence by assisting with daily tasks and promoting their autonomy.
- Provide personalized support to residents, including assistance with eating and drinking, and maintaining their dignity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of care services.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss resident progress and address any concerns.
