We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Ardenlee Care Home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in leading our care team and ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care.
You will be responsible for coordinating shifts, leading by example, and overseeing the performance of your team during each shift. Your leadership skills will help us maintain a caring, efficient, and positive atmosphere in our home.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Leadership skills and experience in a care setting.
- Ability to manage medication and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.10 per hour, plus time-and-a-half for overtime hours worked.
