We are seeking an experienced Compliance Business Partner to join our team at 4Leisure Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the payroll team and overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance management of the wider team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the payroll team and oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the wider team.
- Handle all payroll activities, including running monthly payroll for the business and managing payroll administration processes.
- Review and create payroll policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Manage and educate staff on employee benefits, including pension schemes.
- Create and contribute to management training programmes.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading high-volume monthly payroll and administering benefits.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
