Job Title: Compliance Administrator

Job Summary:

The Compliance Administrator will provide administrative support to the Compliance Department, ensuring the health and safety and welfare of all employees, retailers, visitors, and contractors. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with Company policies and procedures related to Health & Safety, and that current H&S legislation and best practices are being met.
  • To maintain near miss and accident/incident databases for Incentive FM and Landsec.
  • To investigate accidents/incidents/near misses and take necessary steps to prevent recurrence.
  • To support the QHSE & Compliance Coordinator with administrative duties related to the ODI audit process.
  • To assist site departments in developing safe systems of work and risk assessments.
  • To compile and collate KPI data for monthly and annual reporting.
  • To liaise with other organizations and relevant authorities as required.
  • To take and update minutes from Safety, Health and Compliance meetings.
  • To produce data in presentational format to a high standard.
  • To attend and participate in Health and Safety related meetings.
  • To ensure adequate provision of first aid and welfare facilities.
  • To provide essential support to departments to ensure expedient closure of Health and Safety actions.
  • To undertake additional duties as required for the effective role within the department.
